Major Capital Development: His expertise in driving capital investment is evidenced by his executive roles at The Cordish Company (overseeing projects like the $630M Power & Light District and the $670M Ballpark Village) and as a Business Development Officer at the Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City, where he secured over $400 million in regional investment.

Organizational Strategy: He served as CEO and General Manager for the Kansas City Power & Light District, dramatically increasing tenant occupancy and earning multiple Urban Land Institute awards. His foundational experience includes leadership roles with the Kansas City Royals and Kansas City Monarchs (formerly Kansas City T-Bones Baseball Club), where he exceeded multi-million dollar sales and sponsorship goals.
Mr. Battle holds a M.B.A. from Rockhurst University.
